IIHA Membership, Playing Fees & Insurance

Pay securely for IIHA membership fees and insurance online with your credit card.

Step 1.
Select membership option and pay securely online.

Step 2.
Print out the receipt for the transaction and attach to registration forms and 2 signed passport photos. You can download the IIHA Membership form here

Step 3.
Post your completed application to the IIHA Office at the address below.

Step 4.
If you are registering to play, your club will be notified when your registration is complete.
You may not participate in an IIHL game until your team has received registration notification.
