Dear Members,

This is a reminder that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is taking place on Sunday, 18th July 2010 from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fairways Hotel, Dublin Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth.

The following timetable will be strictly adhered to:

1:30 pm - 2:15 pm: REGISTRATION
2:30 pm - 4:00 pm: AGM
4:00 pm - 4:15 pm: COFFEE BREAK
4:15 pm - 6:00 pm: AGM

In addition, the agenda for the meeting is as follows:

*This will include a motion put forward by the Executive Committee and Directors to amend the Memorandum & Articles of Association as necessary and to receive final and explicit approval from the members to incorporate the association into a new company limited by guarantee (not having a share capital). Although, the members have voted for this to happen on several occasions, the current Executive Committee and Directors believe that this topic must be discussed one final time.

**Any motions or questions to be put forward must be emailed to office@iiha.org no later than 11:59 pm on Saturday, 17th July 2010. Other questions will be taken on the day after each report given.
