The Irish Ice Hockey Association announces the resignation of IIHA Vice President Keith Daly, effective February 5th, 2008. The IIHA also announced on February 5th, 2008 that Mr. William Fay has been provisionally appointed Vice President until the next IIHA AGM in 2008.
